Barnabas LittleOtis(RevWar Patriot) was born 14 June 1759 at New London, New London Co., Connecticut, "Barnabas Little the son of Joseph Otis and Elizabeth his wife was born the 14 day of January AD 1759. (Note that Otis book says 1756).1,2

He ended military service in 1776 at Morristown, Morris Co., New Jersey, after thirteen months service. He served in Captain Keyes' Company of Colonel Durkee's Regiment [or Battalion] of Connecticut Volunteers in the Continental Army establishment. Was engaged in the battles of Trenton and Princeton, in numerous skirmished, and wounded, and subsequently pensioned.1
